  • Three Dog Night Comes To La Mirada (Whittier Daily News)

  • Bulldog Puppies

When the day comes for you to fetch your bulldog puppy from the breeder’s place, you should always make sure that you already made a special place in your house where the bulldog puppy can stay as soon as it arrives. It is always a good idea to have everything ready because the house would always be in an uproar with excitement as soon as you get through the door with the bulldog pup. Now, before you all get carried away with all the excitement, there are a few things that you will need to take care first when you get your bulldog puppy from the breeder. Note that when you receive your puppy, you should also receive papers proving registrations and the likes. Bulldog puppies usually come with a Registration Certificate, a copy of its pedigree, the records of immunizations and deworming and the certificate from the veterinarian that the bulldog puppies are in good health.

Aside from the registration papers and certificates, you should also make sure that you get a feeding and care instruction from the breeder. Note that during the first few weeks of the puppy in your home, it is very important that you maintain the same routine that the puppy has been used. If you must introduce some changes, you should make sure that you do so gradually so as not upset the puppy.

Many dog breeders would let the bulldog puppies take their favorite toys with them when they go. In most cases, letting the puppy take its favorite toy would ease up some of its anxieties.

    Bringing The Bulldog Puppy Home

Once you have taken care of all the paper works at the breeder’s place, you are now ready to bring the bulldog puppy home. Bringing a bulldog pup home could be very exciting for the whole family. Children usually love puppies and they tend to be overly excited about having something and someone to play with that they would tend to pester the puppy a lot. To give your bulldog puppy sometime to recover from being separated from its family, you should explain to the kids that the puppy is just like a baby that needs rest and should be taken care of very well. You must explain to your kids that the puppy just got to your home and it still need some time to adjust. If the kids must play with your bulldog pup, they should do so in moderation so that the bulldog puppy will who get exhausted. You should always remind the kids that the puppy needs a lot of rest and cuddling.

When it comes to naming the bulldog pup, you should let your kids choose the name. Although it would be tempting to do the naming yourself, the thing is, whoever kid gets to give a dog a name would always own that dog so give your kid that sense of ownership and let him learn about bulldog puppy care.
